ElizabethWELLS"Ann" Suddenly on 26th November 2018 aged 76 years, now reunited with her late husband George. Much loved mum of Tracey, Karen, in-laws Ray and Peter. Loving grandma of George, Richard, James, Amy, Tom and Katie. Service to be held at Chanterlands Crematorium (small chapel) on Wednesday 12th December at 1:00pm. Family flowers only please, donations to Dove House can be left at the Service.
